If Crew is not right for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment for a refund of that payment. Your first $50/month membership payment is charged at checkout.

Email support@fift.studio with the email used for purchase and your Paddle receipt reference. Do not send card details. Your refund is processed by Paddle; the time it takes to appear depends on your payment method.

Cancel anytime

Cancel using the link in your receipt email or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and stops future renewals. Cancelling is separate from requesting a refund.

The money-back guarantee covers the first payment. Other refunds are considered under Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable law. On a refund that ends access, Crew becomes read-only. Your data stays on your Mac; Crew never deletes it.

Your legal rights

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have (for example EU cooling-off rights), which Paddle applies as the merchant of record.

EU and UK consumers keep their statutory rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights. This policy does not limit rights under applicable consumer law or Paddle's Buyer Terms.
